# Commercial License

Nunneri is publicly available under the GNU Affero General Public License version 3.0 (AGPLv3). A commercial license is available for organizations that need rights outside the AGPLv3 Community Edition.

## When To Contact Us

Contact the Nunneri Core Team if you want to:

- embed Nunneri in a closed-source or proprietary product
- offer Nunneri as part of a hosted service without AGPLv3 source-sharing obligations
- redistribute modified Nunneri builds under private commercial terms
- use Nunneri in an enterprise environment that requires negotiated indemnity, support, or procurement terms
- build a commercial managed service, OEM package, or private platform based on Nunneri

## Community Edition

The Community Edition is licensed under AGPLv3. You may use, study, modify, and distribute it under the terms of the AGPLv3 license in `LICENSE`.

AGPLv3 includes network-use source-sharing obligations. If you modify Nunneri and make it available to users over a network, review the AGPLv3 requirements carefully.
